All listed applications use the 6.0L V8 Turbo Diesel engine. Model year 2008 is not listed. Verify the exact model, year, engine and original reservoir before ordering.
• PRESSURIZED 2.8 L CONFIGURATION:The included cap has a listed maximum pressure rating of 110 ±15 kPa. The 2.8 L capacity is measured at the MAX fill level rather than the brim, leaving the intended space for coolant expansion. Correct pressure retention also depends on the cap neck, hoses, clamps and other cooling-system connections.
• TRANSPARENT PP RESERVOIR:The transparent tank makes it easier to inspect the coolant level, discoloration and dried residue without removing the cap from a hot cooling system. PP construction is rated from -30°C to 120°C for the listed engine-compartment application. This configuration does not provide a coolant-level sensor function, so compare the original reservoir before ordering.
• REPLACEMENT REFERENCES:Cross-references 603-218, 603218, 4C2Z8A080AA and 9C3Z8101B. Match both the replacement number and physical configuration because similar Ford E-Series reservoirs may use different capacities, hose connections, mounting points or sensor arrangements.
• BUILT AROUND REAL REPLACEMENT NEEDS:Cracks, seam or hose-neck seepage, dried coolant residue, repeated coolant top-offs or a falling coolant level may indicate deterioration of the original reservoir or its connections.
