• FITMENT FOR BUICK, CADILLAC:For Buick Lucerne 2006-2011; for Cadillac DTS 2006-2011. Both listed applications use the 4.6L 281 cu. in. V8 Naturally Aspirated Gas engine. Verify the exact brand, model, year, engine and original reservoir before ordering.
• PRESSURIZED 1.1 L CONFIGURATION:The included cap has a listed maximum pressure rating of 124 ±15 kPa. The 1.1 L capacity is measured at the MAX fill level rather than the brim, leaving the intended space for coolant expansion. Correct pressure retention also depends on the cap neck, hose connections, clamps and other cooling-system components.
• VISIBLE LOWER RESERVOIR:The black upper section and translucent lower section combine defined connection areas with easier coolant-level inspection. The translucent section also helps identify discoloration or dried residue without opening a hot cooling system. PP construction is rated from -30°C to 120°C. This configuration does not provide a coolant-level sensor function.
• REPLACEMENT REFERENCES:Cross-references 603-237, 25760633 and FRT1227C. Compare the replacement number, reservoir shape, mounting points, cap neck and hose connections before ordering. Similar-looking coolant tanks may use different capacities or connection layouts across other models, years or engines.
• BUILT AROUND REAL REPLACEMENT NEEDS:Cracks, seam or hose-neck seepage, dried coolant residue, repeated coolant top-offs or a falling coolant level may indicate deterioration of the original reservoir or its connections. Continued coolant loss or elevated engine temperature requires complete cooling-system diagnosis.
